Level 1 Service
• Professional water testing and chemical adjustments
• Pool equipment inspection
• Cleaning of skimmer baskets, pump baskets, sweep bags
• Weekly service email with photos and a summary of work completed
Level 2 Service
Includes everything in the Level 1 Service, plus:
• Brushing of steps, benches, and other pool features
• Brushing of pool walls and tile line
• Skimming debris from the surface and netting the pool floor
• Weekly service email with photos and detailed service notes
Additional Services (as needed)
• Filter cleanings
• Salt cell cleanings
• Algae treatment and elimination
• Chemical adjustments (conditioner, calcium, phosphate remover)
• Repairs for filters, heaters, plumbing, automation systems, salt systems, and UV systems
• Pool sweep sales and repairs
Pool & Equipment Maintenance
Maintaining a clean and safe swimming pool takes consistent care throughout the year. We recommend servicing filters and salt cells—along with cleaning or replacement when necessary—before the start of swim season and again at the end, typically every six months.
Pool minerals, algaecide, and salt levels should also be monitored and replenished as needed to ensure optimal water quality.
Repairs & Replacement
Pool issues can arise unexpectedly, but when they do, we’re ready to help. From leak detection and pump concerns to filter or salt cell replacements and tile cleaning or repairs, our team has the experience to handle it.
During our weekly service visits, we proactively watch for potential problems and communicate any concerns we find. We also encourage you to reach out if you notice anything out of the ordinary—working together helps ensure your pool is always ready when you want it.
